Your Nimbin Demons played their first game in over a decade on the weekend - and scored a miraculous 3 points!

This was more than the total score of both teams when the other Nimbin Headers play.

Past players and town legends revved up the troops with inspirational speaches about teamwork, togetherness, pride, toughness, and little towns sticking it right up the big boys.

The bag pipes sounded.

Passion and skill was on display as heart and determination played all day.

Stella performances were laid down by the likes of Fitzy busting through the centre, Mark holding firm and strong, big Bennie with aggression, Coop spreading his wings threatening to launch, and the wizard Symmo showing glimpses of magic.

Captain, coach and absolutely inspiration, Will Alexander, living up to his name, dragged the team forward, contest after contest, getting loose balls on the outside, and getting in and under, putting the body on the line - just as he had done in the months leading into the contest - making sure a team was on the park to play.

Passion resonated, and was enough to move the sky.

The Ballina Bombers did technically win the game, but the jury's still out on why stealth bomber airplanes are even allowed to play in the sport.

And nobody questioned if the doping scandal that plagued Jame's herd a decade ago was still rippling through the team.

Jobe Watson unsurprisingly made no comment.

Your Nimbin Demons take on Brunswick Heads this Saturday - the crowd last week was enormous - to get around them.

Everything is well around the Shire for this new Moon.

Church service was at the Anglican church in Mullumbimby, where Holy Spirit expanded, as God was praised for Life.

Christ resonated in Blood, and the light we share shown through from everyone.

There were even sandwiches on for after the service.

Meanwhile, fires were burning over the weekend, in Pagan Rituals. Mother Eather resonated gifts of Life everywhere - through the wind and the rustling of the leaves.

More is expected this Thursday night, as Lulu and Miscka workshop Spirit of all our ancestors, in Mullumbimby.

After a couple of thousand years of talking and singing about it, Vyasa finally writes stories in the Bhāgavata Purāṇa.

This story in particular, about Hare Krishna themselves was particularly interesting:

“The Supreme plays like a child among the cowherds, dancing, laughing, stealing butter, and enchanting all beings. In His play is the joy of the world — through love, not law, He reveals the truth.”

Many have wondered how God would play now a days...
