Honk - Honk.
We heard some news on the grapevine.
There's an election in Australia.
This is great for the Australian People!
A chance to consider - What do we want most, together, With Life?
We here at the PGP believe in a Unified Ascent.
That means, that we believe in the Principles of everyone living their best lives, with no harm, and our collective calling to support each other, together.
We heard some policies, and wondered if they were a Unified Ascent... ?
Labour wants to build new houses - not for everyone - but for some. For those thinking of buying their first home.
Is this a Unified Ascent?
Perhaps not, because it is only for some of us... Unless, it somehow makes land and property cheaper for others, or at least doesn't make things more expensive for anyone.
Both Labour and Liberal wants less money for a deposit for some to buy their first home.
Is this a Unified Ascent?
No, because while it is good for some, it will generally make property more expensive for All. More people buying Land in this day and age, generally pushes the price up, this makes the land more expensive, more expensive land means more expensive cost of living (because that's where we live, on Land) - so, life is more expensive.
Unified Ascent is not specifically for or against any of these policies generally.
We want People to be empowered locally, to make the best decisions for themselves, and their communities overall.
Unified Ascent really wants life easier for everyone.
Therefore, Unified Ascent simply asks the question.
How can we make the price of land cheaper for everyone?
Cheaper for all types (including residential, commercial, industry, retail), all ranges (including high, medium and low income earners), and all people (no matter their gender, race, or attachments to ideas).
Unified Ascent wonders about other policies of land...
Perhaps Things like
Could we have less Land owned by Banks and Financial institutions..?
Could we have more Land owned, managed, run, "Custodian-ed" by the people directly impacted by that land - people with direct, local vested interest in the Land..?
What do we want most, together, With Life?
The answer is always more life!
So what are the ways we can make life more accessible, for everyone?
